Ultimate SEO URLs is pre-installed in this package, but as this feature only works on Apache Servers with Mod Rewrite enabled it has to first be enabled from within your admin panel under Configuration --> SEO URLs.
"Showcase" is also pre-installed, and this allows you to select which products appear on your homepage. Access it under Catalog --> Showcase.
